Payment: We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards. Gratuities may be given in cash directly to your technician. Service Satisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know during your visit so we can address any concerns promptly. Refunds: We do not offer refunds on services. If you have concerns about your service, please speak with the salon manager before leaving. Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are available for purchase and are valid for services only. They are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. Cell Phones: To maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly ask that you silence your cell phone or keep it on vibrate during your visit.
